GC Bikes Warranty Policy terms and conditions

Your Bike is covered by 12 months warranty.

We will endevour to sort out most problems as best we can..because we're good like like that, but if you want the fine on..

This does not include consumables such as Brake Pads, cables, tyres and Tubes.

It does not cover you for accident damage, misuse or neglect, incorrect assembly, or fair wear and tear of Frame, Fork or any component/Part.

It does not cover paint or rust as our bikes are often used near or on the beach where this type of wear is unavoidable.

Where a bike is collected or delivered boxed, we recommend it is assembled by a skilled bicycle mechanic, no liability will be taken for poorly assembled bikes that could result in damaged parts or accidents causing any type of injury including death.

Shipping costs are not included in your warranty, the bicycle must be returned to the place of purchase in the first instance to examine and assess the warranty claim. Any delivery cost in returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.

Fitting an engine to your bicycle (electric or petrol) voids all warranty and Gold Coast Beach Cruisers will not be held responsible for any failures, accidents or injuries or death in relation to this.

NB for your warranty to be valid you must have your bicycle serviced at least once in the first 3 months by a reputable Bicycle shop or service agent with receipts, to insure your bicycle is maintained correctly.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents.
This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. An Australian Standards approved helmet should be worn at all times.

GC BIKES does not offer a warranty on any faults caused by improper assembly. All shipped bicycles must be built by a professional bicycle mechanic and proof of this must be provided for any warranty claim from Samson Cycles to be valid, where the claim is the result of an issue arising from improper assembly.
